Squamish Minor Hockey Alumni Sander traded

Local hockey product Konrad Sander has been on the move in the off-season, landing with the BCHL's Burnaby Express.

Konrad Sander played his minor hockey up to Bantam with Squamish Minor Hockey before spending 2 years playing AAA Midget at Notre Dame. In his final year of Midget he started in the WHL with the Kootenay Ice, and finished out the year back in Squamish with the Midget Rep team.

Last year saw Konrad make the transition to the BCHL's Langley Chiefs, where he played the entire year. In the off season Konrad was involved in a series of trades that saw him go from Langley to Prince George to Nanaimo to the Burnaby Express.
