SMH gets funds when you eat at BP

Dear Coach or Parent,

Boston Pizza takes pride in providing sports teams with a place to meet and celebrate their yearly achievements. We are dedicated to assisting associations, schools and teams in our community reach their goals though sponsorship assistance. We recognize that sport is an incredible way of teaching our young citizens many valuable lessons and that these experiences provide them with strong ethics that allow them to become influential and conscientious adults. We would like to take this opportunity to help your team with its future success by offering our sponsorship to your team.

                In early July of 2008, Boston Pizza of Squamish introduced our Sponsorship Kickback Club that allows teams in our community to earn financial assistance throughout the year. The sponsorship allows team members, coaches, parents and anyone who is affiliated with the team to bank money by simply registering for sponsorship and dining at our location. Once registered, an envelope will be set up with your teams logo represented on the front and is used to keep track of the money spent by the team. The program works as a kickback where any money spent at our location will be tallied at the end of each month and 10% of all pre-tax totals will be passed back to the registered team. The sponsorship runs all through the year and does not stop because your season has ended. This allows teams to continue to build their account from season to season. We feel that this is a great opportunity for teams to gain sponsorship and allows us to continue to serve our community by giving back to our patrons.

A representative from Squamish Minor Hockey has been appointed to liaise with me each month in order to appropriately keep track of sponsorship totals and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your involvement in the program. I know that this sponsorship will be a great financial resource for Squamish Minor Hockey and help to keep the program in high regard.
