Eagles High Performance REP Position Skills Camp

Eagles High Performance – Bi-weekly positional training (defence, forwards, goalies). Open to all Rep players.

 

  • Forward-Specific- transitions & exits, shooting (off the pass, in stride), closed puck protection, wall play, getting off the wall (pucks and feet), shot blocking, angling, passing/receiving inside pivots, deception
  • Defense-Specific- OZ blue-line work (walks, deception, routes, shots, passes), rush defend skating, retrievals and exits, defensive stick details, surfing/angling, transition to offense
  • Goalies- Beck Warm will be out at all sessions working with goalies for the first 30-45 minutes. They will be working on skating, puck handling, and game situation drills

 

Sessions will start the week of September 24th if ice permits. It will run until March 13th. Sessions are from 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm.

Alternating Defence Week 1, Forwards Week 2, Goalies Weekly!

    • Week 1: Wednesdays @ 2:30pm - U13A1/U15A1/U18A1/A2 Forwards & Goalies
    • Week 1: Fridays @ 2:30pm - U11A1/U11A2/U13A2 Forwards & Goalies
    • Week 2: Wednesdays @ 2:30pm - U13A1/U15A1/U18A1/A2 Defence & Goalies
    • Week 2: Fridays @ 2:30pm - U11A1/U11A2/U13A2 Defence & Goalies
