2026-2027 Registration Fees

• U7 = birth year 2021 & 2020: $525
  (home ice games only, up to 2 tournaments and/or jamborees)
• U9 = birth year 2019 & 2018: $675
• U11 = birth years 2017 & 2016: $775
• U13 = birth years 2015 & 2014: $825
• U15 = birth years 2013 & 2012: $1,000
• U18 = birth years 2011, 2010 & 2009: $1,050
• Rep Tryout Fee U11 / U13 / U15 / U18: $175
• Rep Fees U11 $350 / U13 $375 / U15 $425 / U18 $425

*A $300 deposit is required for all registrations; the remaining balance is due on August 1. Registration is not confirmed until fees are paid in full (or other arrangements are made). Players can not participate in practices or tryouts until fees are paid in full or a payment plan is established.

Credit card payment is preferred but e-transfers are also available by choosing the 'Pay Offline' option at the time of checkout in TeamSnap. Cash and cheques are not accepted. E-transfers can be sent to trea.smha@gmail.com. Include the player's name and division in the memo field of the e-transfer.

If you require a payment plan or have applied for grants or funding, please contact the Registrar to make arrangements.

Please register as soon as possible! New player registration begins on May 22nd. Registrations are subject to space available and waitlists may be required. Registrations received after July 1st are subject to a $100 late fee.

Registration Fees include:
Insurance - Hockey Canada operates a self-funded insurance program that all players are required to pay into.
BC Hockey and PCAHA fees - These mandatory fees are charged to each Association to cover the costs of the administration of programs.
Referees - These costs are set by division by PCAHA annually.

Registration fees are reviewed and subject to change on a seasonal basis.

There are 2 registration links:

House Registration: RETURNING PLAYERS U7 - U18

(must register in the same position as previous season)

• House Registration signup - this is for players wishing to play C level (house) hockey.
• House Registration GOALIE fee - CHOOSE THIS ONLY IF YOUR CHILD IS COMMITTED TO PLAYING GOALIE FOR THE ENTIRE SEASON.

REP Tryouts & Registration: RETURNING PLAYERS U11-U18

(must register in the same position as previous season)

• REP Tryouts & Registration - this is for players wishing to try out for A level (REP) hockey. Please note should your child make the A level team(s), a separate invoice will be sent with additional season REP fees.
• REP Tryouts & GOALIE Registration - CHOOSE THIS ONLY IF YOUR CHILD IS COMMITTED TO PLAYING GOALIE FOR THE ENTIRE SEASON.
• $175 REP Tryout fee for U11 / U13 / U15 / U18 is due by August 10, 2026. Players will not be allowed to try out until the fee is paid.
• REP fees per player are due by October 31. A REP player will not be rostered if REP fees are outstanding after October 31.

Returning players registering on or after July 1 will incur a $100 late fee.

Returning players are guaranteed a spot if they register between May 8th - May 21st, 2026; however, they may be placed on a waitlist if registering after May 21st.

Prior to Aug 31 - Full Refund subject to a $75 fee to cover pre-paid PCAHA fees and administration costs.

U7 Age Group Only - Sept 1 to Sept 30 - Full Refund subject to a $75 fee to cover pre-paid PCAHA fees and administration costs.

All other Age Groups - Sept 1 to Oct 15 - 50% less $75 fee

After Oct 15 -  No Refund (unless due to injury)

Injury - The Board may prorate the refund in the event of a season ending injury.

No Refund at any time due to suspension or discipline.
